Complete Claim & Furniture Service was founded in 1995 with the idea of providing quality furniture restoration and customer service at an affordable price.  While learning the art of restoration from Tim Martell, Sr., David found that the industry lacked customer service and reliability.  He founded Complete Claim & Furniture with those two thoughts in mind.

In 2005, we moved into our new facility which is over 3000 square feet.  This new facility allowed us to better service our customers and provided some much needed room.  Feel free to contact us to set up an appointment to come and tour our facility to inspect and review current restoration projects.

Complete Claim & Furniture Service is family-owned and operated.  David’s mother-in-law, Marge, has been running the office for 8 years and his wife, Kelly, has begun to assist in the office and shop.  For over 15 years, Complete Claim and Furniture Service has provided quality workmanship and superior customer service on the repair, restoration or refinishing of fine quality furniture and kitchen cabinetry.  With over 30 years combined restoration experience, you can feel rest assured that we will handle your family heirloom with the same concern and attention to detail that you yourself would take.

David has since taken several courses on restoration including a trip to the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. to learn techniques used by there Furniture Restoration Specialists.

Complete Claim & Furniture Service is fully licensed and insured.  We have been a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau since 1999, CPPC (Claims Prevention and Procedure Counsel) since 1998, The Profession Finisher Group International (an organization of restorers dedicated to knowledge advancement in furniture restoration) since 2004 and a member of the "Tofixit" network.
